We can print up to six spot colors on a light colored shirt, five colors plus a primer on dark colored shirts.
Using a CMYK process print method, we can produce the a much wider range of colors as well.
SCREENS (STANDARD) ON ADULT SHIRTS:
• Max dimensions for Standard Screen size on Adult Shirts is 13″ wide x 13″ high
• 13″ wide x 13″ high will fit on Adult Small – 6XL
• Max colors per graphic is 14 total (14 spots on White/Light shirts -or- 13 spots + Flash on Dark shirts)
• Standard Mesh size is 200; Finest Mesh we offer is 305, Lowest mesh we offer is 25.
• The smallest Font Size we can print on a shirt and have it still be legible is 10 pts.
• The finest Line Size we can print on a shirt and have it still be seen is .25 stroke
SCREENS (STANDARD) ON YOUTH SHIRTS:
• Max dimensions that will fit on a Youth XSmall is 12″ wide x 12″ high
• Max dimensions that will fit on a Youth Small is 13″ wide x 13″ high
• Max dimensions that will fit on a Youth Large-XL is 14″ high x 17″ high
• Max colors per graphic for all of these is 14 total (14 spots on White/Light shirts -or- 13 spots + Flash on Dark shirts)
SCREENS (STANDARD) ON INFANT / TODDLER SHIRTS:
• The smallest infant/toddler shirt we can print on is 18-month
• Max dimensions for Infant/Toddler shirts is 6″ wide x 8″ high
• Max colors per graphic without incurring additional charges is 8 total (8 spots on White/Light shirts -or- 7 spots + Flash on Dark shirts)
“JUMBO” SCREENS (ON 18″ PALLETS):
• Max dimensions for Jumbo Screen on White/Light shirts (on 18″ pallets) is 17.5″ wide x 20″ high
• Max dimensions for Jumbo Screen on Dark shirts (on 18″ pallets)
• Max colors per graphic is 14 total (14 spots on White/Light shirts -or- 13 spots + Flash on Dark shirts)
• Jumbo graphics will NOT fit on Adult Small, but it WILL fit Adult Medium thru 6XL
• Jumbo graphics will NOT fit on Youth Shirts
“MEGA JUMBO” SCREENS (ON 22″ PALLETS):
• Max dimensions for Mega-Jumbo Screen on White/Light shirts (on 22″ pallets) is 21″ wide x 27″ high
• CANNOT do this size on Dark shirts because the Flash won’t fit
• Mega-Jumbo graphics will NOT fit on Adult Small OR Adult Medium, but it WILL fit Adult Large thru 6XL
• Max colors per graphic is 5 spots total
PRINTING ON A POCKET:
• If the graphic is only 1 color on a White/Light shirt, max dimensions are 3.5″ wide x 3.5″ high
• If the graphic is 2-14 colors (including Flash for Dark shirts) max dimensions are 3.25″ wide x 3.25″ high
PRINTING ON A SLEEVE:
• Max dimensions for printing on a Short Sleeve is 3″ wide x 6.5″ high on Adult L-6XL; 3″ wide x 5.5″ high on
• Adult S-M
• Max dimensions for printing on a Long Sleeve is 3″ wide x 17″ long
• Max colors per graphic on a White/Light shirt is 14 total spots
• Max colors per graphic on a Dark shirt is 12 total, 11 spots + Flash

Dye Discharge Printing:
Standard: 13" w x 13" h max sizing adds .30 per unit per color per location
Jumbo: 16.5" w x 21" h max sizing adds .50 per unit per color per location
We Recommend washing of Dye Discharged apparel before selling or usage.
Waterbased Printing:
Standard: 12.5" w x 16" h max sizing adds .10 per color per side
Jumbo: 16.5" w x 21" h max sizing adds .20 per color per side
Foil Overlays:
Standard: 11.0" w x 16" h max sizing adds 1.00 single color only per side
Jumbo: 16.5" w x 21" h max sizing adds 2.00 single color only per side
